Introduction

Canine Cardio Hawaii LLC is Hawaii's first and only veterinary professional owned mobile dog gym! We are a Kailua based, female owned and operated, dog-powered exercise service that provides an easy and safe alternative way to exercise your dog. I come to your home and provide a fulfilling and safe workout for your dog in my fully equipped and climate controlled van. I am here to help the dogs of Hawai'i live a happier, healthier, and longer life through regular exercise. Canine Cardio Hawaii is where health meets happiness!

What is a mobile dog gym?

Temperature Controlled

Our van is equipped with cold air conditioning to ensure that your dog can exercise comfortably, no matter the weather conditions outside.

100% Pup-Powered

Our treadmills (called slatmills) are specifically designed with dogs in mind. They are low resistance, low impact, and have no motor, so your dog can go as fast (or slow) as they want and even stop if they are tired. Safety is ensured by clipping the dogs harness to the slatmill so that they don't fall off and dogs are continuously monitored by our expert coach.

Convenient

We come to you! This makes exercising your dog easier than ever. As long as there is a parking space at or near your home, we can run your dog. The best part is, you don't even have to be home!

Great For Every Dog

Whether Fluffy is a chihuahua or a German Shepherd, we can accommodate them. Slatmills are great for dogs of all sizes and athletic abilities. Even dogs with physical limitations can get in on the fun!

Why Exercise Your Dog?

Regular exercise has been proven to help dogs in a number of ways. Giving them a constructive outlet for their energy can significantly help with things like:

  • reducing unwanted behaviors like digging or chewing on furniture
  • excessive barking
  • self mutilation (licking or chewing themselves to the point of injury)
  • increasing confidence in nervous/timid/shy dogs
  • maintaining a healthy weight
  • improving overall physical and mental health
